This Privacy Policy applies to the RUIZ REPORT LLC (“RUIZ REPORT,” “we,” or “us”) website located at ruizreport.com (our “Website”), and all RUIZ REPORT services, including all software, content, materials, documentation, products, and features in the services (collectively, the “Services”) we provide. This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") describes the types of information we collect about you through the Services, how we use, retain, and share this information, and how we protect it.

Acceptance of Privacy Policy

By using the Website and Services and/or providing us with your Personal Information, as defined below, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, retention, and sharing of your Personal Information described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms of this Privacy Policy, you must immediately cease using the Website and Services.

Information Collection

We may collect Personal Information about you directly from you or third party sources.   • Use of Services: We may collect Personal Information throughout your use of the Services, such as when you complete forms, make purchases, personalize reports, submit feedback, or use other features of the Services.
  • Communications: If you contact us to request technical or customer support, inquire about the Services, ask questions about your account, or for any other purpose, we collect the Personal Information in the communication which may include, but is not limited to, first and last name, email address, Account username, and the contents of your communication.
  • Information you provide: We collect other Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us.

Personal Information Collected From Other Sources. We receive Personal Information about you from other sources and may combine it with Personal Information we hold about you:

  • Service providers: Our service providers may collect Personal Information about you and provide it to us as part of the services they conduct on our behalf. For example, when you make a purchase, our third party payment processor will collect your payment information, as described below, and will share limited Personal Information with us to identify that the transaction has been processed.
  • Brokerage: If you are a real estate professional and your brokerage or firm purchases a multiple-user subscription, we may receive Personal Information from your brokerage or firm in order to grant you access to the Services, such as your first and last name, email address, and office information.
  • Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”) or Associations of REALTORS® (“Association”): If you are a registered user of the Services, we may receive Personal Information about you as part of the MLS or Association roster of users authorized to access MLS or Association data through the Services, such as your first and last name, email address, real estate license number, and other Personal Information your MLS or Association holds about you.
  • Social networks: If you reference RUIZ REPORT or the Services on social media or interact with RUIZ REPORT on social media, we receive Personal Information about you from that social media network, including but not limited to your social media username, profile information, and the contents of your post or interaction. Please see the “Social Features” section below.
  • Public Sources: We may obtain Personal Information about you that is publicly available.

Payment Processing. If you purchase a subscription to the Services, we collect Personal Information when you make a purchase, such as your first and last name, email address, Account username, and information about the subscription plan you purchase. Your payment information, such as your credit/debit card number, expiration date, and billing contact information is collected by our third party payment processor. We do not process or store payment information. As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we use Stripe to process payment. Use and storage of your payment information is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy available at https://stripe.com/us/privacy. We are not responsible for any use of your payment information by Stripe. We strongly encourage you to review their Privacy Policy before providing any payment information.

Personal Information and Non-Personal Data Automatically Collected. When you access and use the Website and Services, our servers automatically log information about you and your device. This information does not reveal your personal identity but does include information about your device and usage of the Website and Services. The information we collect includes:

  • Log and Usage Data: We collect information about your interaction with and usage of the Website and Services, including but not limited to time and date of your visit, your general location, pages visited, duration of visit, referring pages, keywords entered, and other analytic data.
  • Device Data: We collect device data such as information about your computer, phone, tablet or other device you use to access the Website and Services. We may also compile aggregated and de-identified information about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and services, including, for example, the number of agents added to recruiting lists in a geographic area, the number of agents from each company that used the Website and Services, the number of cancellations, the relative ranking and use of the Website and Services by different companies and/or their agents, and general usage of the Services. Aggregated and deidentified data does not contain information that could personally identify you. Log and Usage Data, Device Data, and aggregated and de-identified information are referred to collectively in this Privacy Policy as “Non-Personal Data”.

Use of Your Information

Use of Your Personal Information. We use Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your Account, facilitate Account login, maintain your Account, and remember your preferences.
  • To provide and maintain our Services, monitor usage of our Services, collect and manage feedback about your experience using the Services, and provide technical and customer support.
  • To confirm the status of your participation or membership in your MLS or Association.
  • To fulfill our contractual obligations to you, such as sending you required notices, fulfilling your transactions, and providing the specific features or upgrades you request.
  • To communicate with you, such as to send you updates about Services upgrades or maintenance, respond to your inquiries or requests, send legal notices, confirm transactions, and notify you about new features of the Service.
  • To send you advertising and promotional materials about other RUIZ REPORT products, services, or events.
  • For security purposes, to analyze the security of the Services and to help detect and resolve any security incidents and prevent harm.
  • To comply with our legal obligations and to enforce our Terms of Use, other RUIZ REPORT policies, or our legal rights.
  • Any other legal purpose, with your express consent.

Use of Your Non-Personal Data. We use anonymous Non-Personal Data to analyze usage of the Services, monitor performance, identify trends, administer and improve the Website, Services, and their features, identify the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, monitor traffic to the Websites and Services, and detect and fix errors.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell or rent your Personal Information for any reason. We may share your Personal Information with third parties in the following situations:

  • Service Providers: We may grant access to your Personal Information to individuals or entities that provide services to us that assist us in facilitating the Services, providing the Services on our behalf, or performing business functions that allow us to provide the Services to you, such as analyzing use of the Service, hosting the Website and Services, and distributing emails. We will not sell, license, transmit or disclose this information outside of RUIZ REPORT unless (1) you expressly authorize us to do so, (2) it is necessary to allow our contractors or agents to provide services for us, (3) it is necessary in order to provide the Software and Services to you, (4) it is necessary in connection with a proposed sale of some or all assets or equity of RUIZ REPORT, and such disclosure is made subject to a confidentiality agreement regarding personal information containing requirements not less stringent than those of this Privacy Policy; or (5) we are required or permitted by law.

We may share Non-Personal Data for any legal purpose.

Do Not Track Disclosures

Certain browsers feature a “Do Not Track” feature which sends a signal to the website not to track the user’s online activity. Because no universal standard has been adopted for “Do Not Track” signals, the Website and Services may not recognize or respond to “Do Not Track” browser request or mechanism. However, the Website and Services do not track your online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services, nor have we authorized any third party to track your online activities over time and across different websites for advertising purposes.

Retention of Your Personal Information

Social Features

The Services may include a feature that allows you to view or share content on social networks by initiating contact with the social network. Additionally, you may choose to communicate with RUIZ REPORT via social networks. When you reference or ‘tag’ RUIZ REPORT or use hashtags that alert or identify RUIZ REPORT in any social network posts, such as to offer feedback or ask a question, we may review the information you post and any information publicly available on your social network profile. We may combine information about our interaction with you on social networks with Personal Information we hold about you and may use it as described in this Privacy Policy.

The social networking site you choose to visit will also collect information from you. We are not responsible for their use of your Personal Information.

The Website and Services are not intended for use by or directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information about children. Nevada law grants Nevada residents the right to opt-out of the sale of their Personal Information. As noted in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell Personal Information.
